Purpose (the why): 

• The HCC team uses Jira to track all work– features, bugs, and requests. We expect all teams to have access and be familiar with the processes to report and track work with HCC.

Responsible: 

• App Team Product Manager, App Team Developers, App Team Engineering Manager

Deliverable/completion criteria: 

• App Team Product Manager, App Team Developers, App Team Engineering Manager have access to the RHCLOUD project on issues.redhat.com. 
• You have provided your project name and confirmed your support process with Customer Experience Engagement (CEE) using the PX New Product Checklist.
• You are familiar with the submission process to JIRA for feature requests or bugs as noted in the HCC Request Submission Process.

Expected duration/effort:

• ~1 day to 1 week (depends on current access and whether IT access requests tickets are filed).  

Due date:

•  At the beginning of the integration effort.
