Purpose (the why):

• Implement best practices to ensure the team has the ability to publish and deliver to customers a verified software fix within 45 minutes without human intervention
• Just to note, ConsoleDot uses the App SRE build/deploy pipeline. While the ConsoleDot team can assist with usage, ConsoleDot does not have elevated access to tooling and requests need to go to App SRE

Responsible:

• App Team Developers, App Team Engineering Manager

Prerequisite/dependencies: 

• The App needs to be in app-interface.

Deliverable/completion criteria: 

• The Team has the ability to publish and deliver to customers a verified software fix within 30 minutes without human intervention.  
• Your deployment pipeline conforms to the best practices described in the  CI/CD best practices guide.

Due date: 

• First deployment to pre-production environment.
