• Notifications/Integrations service allows customers to subscribe to events triggered by any app on console.redhat.com in a centralized place.
• If your app needs to inform customers about issues related to their environment, this is the right place.

• App Team Product Manager, App Team Engineering Manager and App Team Developers

Prerequisite/dependencies: 

• Define and agree with rhjmarc on the proper events to be sent.

• You have reviewed and completed the steps within the Notifications and Integrations Guide.

• Varies - dependent on whether you are creating new events (~1 day), or sending existing ones (~week+).
