[GA] SLA/SLI/SLO Final Acceptance

Activity

Finalize SLOs, SLIs, and an SLA (standard SLA 99.95% for GA services is included in the appendix 4 and the service definition for external customers). This activity (defining SLOs, SLIs, SLAs) will start in the initial phases of delivering the service and will continue to be iterated throughout the delivery phase. Engineering, PM and SRE should collaborate on this task.

If I don't complete this task, what is the risk

You MUST complete this task before launching a commercially available service. Without the definition of SLO/SLI/SLA and agreement of same with SRE, onboarding cannot be finalized
