Consoledot hackathon

Rat Hat most likely has over a thousand microservices across multiple orgs. There is no 1 place that other enginners can go to learn more about these services. Since we are trying not to reinvent the wheel, it will be useful to build a central catalog where engineers can go and learn more about all the microservices that's out there. This will be a frontend centric project. The project is being built on Nextjs
