One of the possible reasons for an outage of console.redhat.com seems to be Akamai.
Unfortunately, accessing the logs of this service have been demonstrated to be challenging multiple times (last one: https://coreos.slack.com/archives/C023VGW21NU/p1669661664863289 ).
Since this service is critical for the uptime of our UI, on behalf of the QE team I want to ask how can we access the logs and monitoring of the service so that we can effectively narrow down and correlate the root cause of issues in the future.
