Description

API discovery in dynamic plugin SDK requires a lot of requests to happen and they repeat every 5 minutes.

Details

Some requests are not needed as they will never change (core ones) and we don't have to request for every change that often. We should be fine with pulling the resources application is interested in since we none of the applications as of right now does not list all available resources.
