When we access the admin console, one should have the possibility to see event types for an applications in a table format, with all its properties as columns
- event type name
- event type display name
- event type description
The user should be able to (in this priority order):
- add new event types
- edit existing event types (with "strong" confirmation if the name field is modified, for instance with a popup mentioning how this may affect existing behavior and ask to re-write the event type id to confirm)
- delete existing event types (with "strong" confirmation, for instance with a popup mentioning how this may affect existing behavior and ask to re-write the event type id to confirm)
PS: This should be decomposed in multiple steps / PRs, first list, then add, then edit, then delete...
