For Integrations with OpenBridge, it takes a while until a processor is set up/updated. And the set up could even fail.

We should provide a status submitted/ready/failed/... to the user setting up an integration so that it is clear that the integration is not immediately available or setup may have failed.

This applies for setup and updates.
