We will need a common list view implementation to share across HAC and take cues from console dot, OCP console, etc. This will be built on top of Patternfly's React Virtualized Extension: https://www.npmjs.com/package/@patternfly/react-virtualized-extension
HAC Dev already has a table/list view we will look at: https://github.com/openshift/hac-dev/tree/main/src/shared/components/table
