Issue: in the new core SDK implementation, the behavior of how a resource is created through the `k8sCreate` utility is different from what was originally done in OCP console. This was likely introduced during the migration. The resource name is now appended to the URL, whereas in OCP console only the namespace was applied.

This will impact when we pull the core SDK utilities back into console. We need to address the gap and any typescript related issues.

We also should investigate why devsandbox allows the resource to be created whereas OCP console bridge does not.
