Steps: 

• Landing page or any page with User dropdown in the top right corner
• When clicked on Help symbol button -> dropdown closes
• Hovering over shows help -> every other of the same symbol needs to be clicked to show help 

Expected result:

• Help button should be clicked to show help popup not hovered on to keep consistency with other help buttons

Actual result:

• Clicking on help button closes the dropdown
