For projects like the Splunk-sender, use case of the eventing team it could be good to
allow for partial default behaviour groups, that allows to express the desire to use 'all' of
bundle/app/event_type patterns.
E.g.
rhel/advisor/** would apply to all event types for Advisor for RHEL
rhel/*/* would apply to all event types within the RHEL bundle
*/advisor/* would apply to all event types for Advisor no matter if Advisor for RHEL
or Advisor for OpenShift or Ansible
