Our service "Notifications" has support to send notifications via email and webhook.
So we need to have a webhook deployed internally within red hat network and use it for our test cases.
This webhook will be used by the insights-qa teams to verify that they received webhook notifications.

This weebhook instance should be similar to https://webhook.site/

This is very critical for running some of the test cases, also more services are interacting with notifications services, so we need to implement it ASAP
