The idea is to upgrade the database to the latest Postgres 14.x version, so that we can be ready for using the latest database features, and so that we can forget about upgrading the database in a long time.

The plan would be the following —upgrades would be made to the highest minor version—:

2022-10-16
- Upgrade the staging database to version 14.
2022-11-07
- Upgrade the production database to version 14.
