Wednesday 9/14 ~1:35 PM EST, I was navigating around in Insights when suddenly I received the following error all throughout Insights & the console.redhat page preventing any access:

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "https://console.redhat.com/ on this server.

I was locked out of our product & the console for about 5 minutes until it self-resolved. Ryan Long mentioned that this is an error from the Web Application Firewall (DDOS protection with Akamai). I would like to verify that there is not an underlying problem here that customers or Red Hatter's will also find themselves locked out.
