Enhance the metrics collected by 3Scale Gateway to help with proactive alerting when our customers encounter Ui and API errors:

'"Something went wrong" error page vs the intended
page being loaded. In each instance this is typically reported to us
by a case or a ping, which we didn't seem to be aware of on our end
prior, we address the problem and then move on.

Overall I would hope/expect that within our applications, our
customers don't encounter this error all the often, so that leads me
to believe (naively) these should be able to be detected . As the
product team for [App Name Here] is there any alerting or monitoring
that would tell me that there's been an increase (or more than
normal over a timeframe) of these types of errors detected on my
/app/* URL? '

Suggested enhancements:

(1) Add a dashboard to show 5xx and 4xx errors by application. 

(2) Add org IDs to 3scale to track errors by customer.

(3) Review historical data for 5xx errors and add alerts as appropriate.
