We would like a Learning resources page added to the Settings page please - a home with links to quick starts and Hybrid Cloud Console docs based on this sketch:

The current proposal is to add a Learning Resources page on the left nav of the Settings page (see screenshot) and remove the Documentation link, in order to provide links to the Red Hat Hybrid Cloud Console documentation as well as quick starts.

This model follows what Application and Data Services does here (screenshot also attached: https://console.redhat.com/application-services/learning-resources
