Broken scrolling on qaprodauth

      The scrolling is broken for the left nav menu and any other view that does not fit the window is not scrollable by itself. Only the whole page.


      On larger screens with a higher resolution, there is a blank space below the whole age.

      Modal windows are supposed to get resized to fit the view, but they are not.


      "All app and services" menu scrolling is strange too, I can scroll through the page behind it.
