Based on customer feedback 03048595 (BZ#2010552) Consistent Mail configuration

We decided to group 'Email Preferences' into 'Notifications' to avoid multiple location of similar configuration.

'Advisor > Weekly Reports' should be listed under 'Settings > Notifications > Advisor' in the same location than 'Instant notifications' and 'Daily Digest'.

More UX explanation: See rough mock below (obviously the spacing is all wrong, but it's just a basic visual so you can get the idea). Basically, the task is to take the "Weekly report" option found in the "Email preferences" page, and move it under "Instant notification" in the Advisor section of the "Notifications" page.

Idea is we want to get rid of the old "Email preferences" nav item/page, and only have one notifications page that includes everything.
