The test data and ways to populate the database are in a bit of a state of flux. I created initial changelog tests but do not check specific data in the response. Also, there is something preventing us from getting to the response data in the tests. I am not sure what is causing this and will be opening a ticket for dev to look at this. When we can get at the data via the rest_client (when just using requests I could access the data) and we have a process for populating the database (or just using test files) worked out, we need to add additional checks of the data returned from the endpoints.
