As an engineer, I want to add verbosity levels and logical stages to the pr_check output logs so I can get the information I need quickly without digging through irrelevant data.

• Create a version of the pr_check python script and place it within the central repo for services to grab.
• Create scripts and have the pr_check output point to the Blue Ocean plugin.
  • Bash --> Blue Ocean Plugin
• Logic to include:
  • Hide/display options and functionality
  • Building stages and the ability to collapse/expand each stage
  • Parallel builds for Smoke and Unit tests.
  • pr_check.sh profiling (both total pr_check.sh run time and granular - per "stage")
