Through some testing between alcohan-fifi rhn-support-rewhite and tefaz-insights we've found that the "sat_id" or "satellite_instance_id" is a v5 uuid.

As it stands this is causing the validation of the SatRHCJobRequest from Remediations to fail since the playbook dispatcher validator only supports uuids up to v4

In order to trigger jobs from Remediations --> Playbook Dispatcher we need to figure out a way to allow the validator to accept v5 uuids
