Webhook edit permissions request for a Hac-Dev repo

Hello, I'm trying to debug a webhook issue, but no one has access rights to view or edit the webhooks in https://github.com/openshift/hac-dev.

I'd like temporary access in order to determine if the webhook is missing or broken. Our CICD isn't working and we start at the webhook level. My github id is "BlakeHolifield" (https://github.com/BlakeHolifield)
