We have good metrics on Storage Broker, but it looks like our alerts and dashboards could use some work. They are very basic and inaccurate in some ways. The error percentage in particular shows 900+ percent which ... is not a thing.

Need to take a look at this and get it adjusted. Same with the alert definitions. If we don't have the right queries there, then we need to fix it.
