Meta object doesn't return correct count when ussing the "offset" parameter

When listing resources, we usually pass the "count" query all the parameters and the filters that the user specified. The problem is that using the "offset" filter with a "count" query is incompatible, since the "count" function returns a single row, and offsetting that just returns an empty value.
