Internal SSO certs (all Turnpike envs) will need to be rotated on the following schedule:

Stage Dates:
Data sharing - Monday 04/04/2022 9AM - 10AM EST - CHG0046942
Key Rotation - Monday 04/18/2022 9AM - 1PM EST - CHG0045834
Expiration date - Sunday 06/19/2022 9AM - 11PM EST

Production:
Data sharing - Monday 04/25/2022 9AM - 10AM EST - CHG0046943
Key Rotation - Saturday 05/28/2022 9AM - 1PM EST - CHG0045835
Expiration date - Sunday 06/19/2022 9AM - 1PM EST

On "Data sharing" dates, we should receive the new certs.
On "Key Rotation" dates, the new certs will be rotated
On "Expiration date" any apps not reconfigured will break
