      An attempt to modify an event/model in the 'THEN' condition of a rule when that event had a timestamp set in the past (before pesudoclock) with an 'after' operator, resulted in a NullPointerException being thrown.
      This has now been fixed with the addition of check before executing a job to check whether the job still exists in case the timer for that job has already been fired and no scheduling of a job was done.
