For 6.3.x patch cycle we used to have updated versions available in patch tool repository [1] with each build. So when testing with tests from this repository, we didn't need to update these versions manually. For 6.4.x patches we must update these versions with each build manually.
It will be perfect, if it would be possible to push changes to these version properties after the patch zips are built.
