FreeMarker exception when using single statistics only

There is an undefined expression in benchmarkReport.html.ftl which is evaluated under some condition. The condition is using one or more single statistics and no problem statistics. This will cause FreeMarker exception during report generation.

The problem is caused by commit 9f5267c14, which removed the subSingleSummaryChartShown assignment but has left one reference on line 601.
