Repositories from deleted organizational unit don't appear in available list

Description of problem:
When I delete non-empty organizational unit, the repositories that were part of it seem to disappear. They don't appear in the list of available repositories and so they cannot be added to another org unit. This can be worked around by closing and re-opening the Organizational Unit Manager but it interrupts user workflow and can raise the impression that the repositories were deleted together with the org unit.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Switch to Administration perspective, open Organizational Unit Manager
2. Delete a non-empty org unit, select another org unit.

Actual results:
List of available repositories does not contain the repositories that were part of the deleted org unit.

Expected results:
The repositories that were part of the deleted org unit should be moved to the list of available repositories.
