Apache Camel module should depend on javax.xml.bind.api

Description of problem:

When I want to use org.apache.camel module, I get:

NoClassDefFoundError: javax/xml/bind/annotation/adapters/XmlAdapter

It is because in the module.xml there is not specified following dependency:

<module name="javax.xml.bind.api" export="false" />
