Description of Feature Request:

For the framework we're developing, we're trying to create a black box project for client applications to call. As much as possible, we would like as much of the application specific settings and setup to exist in the kjar.

We're able to set ksession listeners (process, agenda, etc) in the kmodule.xml, but not TaskLifeCycleEventListeners. I'd like to request this in a future version.
