Description of problem:
When locale is set to ja in 6.3.0 business central,
unnecessary property name and values are shown in the following view of Server Management Browser.

-デプロイ(Deploy) > ルールのデプロイメント(Rule Deployments)
-デプロイ(Deploy) > ルールのデプロイメント(Rule Deployments)> 新規サーバーテンプレート(New Server Template)

1. login business central
