Tasks: Empty task list loads indefinitely

When more tasks are completed from the task list, one after another, and the list is expected to be empty after all tasks completion, instead of the expected No tasks found message the list is stuck at loading indefinitely.
Furthermore, the indefinite loading effect is preserved even after the user re-logins and the issue affects from that point on all users not only the one who caused it.
When new tasks arrive, they show up in the task list (this is why the issue is not a blocker), but as soon as the list should be empty again, the list loading effect continues (hence setting the issue priority as Major due to the very bad overall user experience).

Not all default tabs are affected. The affected tabs are: Active, Group and All.
