[GSS](6.4.z) Getting NEP while upgrading Drools kjar.

    Description

      When I try to perform a kjar upgrade after another one failed, a NullPointerException is raised.
      The exception occurs in the method "removeRule" in the class ReteooBuilder.
      Starting from now, I'm not able to upgrade the rules in my application even if I fixed the corrupted rule that causes the failure of initial kjar upgrade.
