The business central web UI has a tab "Process Management->Process Instances" which lists running process instances. The tab has a button "New Process Instance" which opens a popup window to start a new process instance. The popup window has two selectors. The first selects a deployment ID, and the second selects a process definition from within the deployment to start.

The second drop-down is incomplete and does not list all deployed process definitions.
