Text installer stuck in loop in EULA (fist step of installation)

Text installer get stuck in the EULA in loop, and pressing 1 does not proceed further.

This is obviously due to absence of java-devel in default RHEL Minimal..

However installer does not print any error and the user get sutck in step 1 in the installer..

GUI installer is a little bit better at least print useless and unclear error (see sreenshot). However this do not guide the user to the cause..

at lease explanation such as

should be linked to the error..

Correct behaviour:
Both installer should print meaningful error message guding user to install java-devel package in RHEL..
