Managed repository can't be created in business central on WAS server

      1. Login to business central with a user which is authorized to create managed repositories.
      2. Navigate to Authoring > Administration.
      3. Choose Repositories > New repository.
      4. Try to create any type of managed repository.

      After selecting type of managed repository and clicking Finish button, the error dialog is being displayed (screenshot attached).
      After accepting the error and navigating to Authoring > Project Authoring, it can be seen that the crated repository is not managed (indication that the created repository is not managed is absence of branch selection in Project explorer when the created repository is selected.)

      Creating a managed repository in business central of any kind (single/multi-project, automatically configured branches or not) fails in business central running on WAS server.

      Once the error dialog is accepted, the repository gets created, but the created repository is not of managed type.
