[GSS](6.4.z)Not able to exclude multiple owners for HumanTask

      Attached junit test to replicate issue. In excludeSingleUser method we pass only one user and it works fine but excludeMultipleUsers fails with exception.

      When there is a human task that has the ExcludedOwnerId parameter set to a comma separated list with multiple values users in the list are not excluded. This does work when the parameter only has a single user defined.
