[GSS] (6.4.z) User can perform process instance specific operations which was not permitted on BPMS

      1. Update workbench-policy.properties file to change "user" role permission, so that user role can perform only Task related operations

      profile.wb_for_business_users=wb_task_management
      ~~~
      2. login into console with "user" role (make sure logged in user have active HumanTask).
      3. In Tasks tab, select task and go to "Process Context" -->"Process Instance Details", it will navigate to the "Process Instances" screen which enables user to abort or signal the current process instance or other process instances, edit the process variables of a process instance and start a new process instance.

      Customer wants to configure Business Central in a way that a specific group of users can only see and handle tasks that they are allowed to. So these users should not be able to do any process management (like start, aborting processes). But user is able to start/abort new/existing process instances.
