[zh_CN][ja_JP] Incorrect date format for Dashboards - Process & Task Dashboard - Processes by Start/End Date.

100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click Dashboards -> Process & Task Dashboard.
2. Click Process / Tasks.
3. Move over to Process By Start/End Date.

Actual results:
[zh_CN][ja_JP] Incorrect date format for Dashboards - Process & Task Dashboard - Processes by Start/End Date.

Expected results:
They should be 'MM月DD日'.
