[Designer] Combobox for variable selection in AssignmentsEditor have to be clicked twice on IE11

In Internet Explorer open any existing business process Select any element that offers assignments in its properties Open Assignments editor from the Properties panel In the Assignments try to expand Source and Target combo boxes You will have to click twice on both of them to obtain list of variables
