[fr_FR] Drop down options not localized in the Header drop down menu 'Dashboards'.

Description of problem:
Drop down menu options are not localized should be localized.

How reproducible:
100%
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click Dashboards - Business Dashboards from the top navigation bar.
2. Click on Workspace: Showcase page.
3. Create a New Page/Zone preseantation/ Default Layout drop down menu is not localized.

Actual results: Drop down menu is not localized.
Expected results: Drop down menu should be localized.
