We intend to use SignallingTaskHandlerDecorator for Exception Handling. When the Exception is thrown the error signal is caught but on retry the signal is not caught. For this to work, we need to set the SignallingTaskHandlerDecorator exceptionCountLimit. Although we how to do it programmatically, as this is a remote client, we need to be able to set the SignallingTaskHandlerDecorator exceptionCountLimit in the deployment descriptor or within the workflow scripts at run time.
