FormURLGenerator class contains old reference to kie-wb.html in the KIE_WB_GWT_MODULE constant.

This is just a forgotten update of the url in FormURLGenerator. The value of the constant KIE_WB_GWT_MODULE should be kie-wb.jsp instead of kie-wb.html (see https://github.com/droolsjbpm/droolsjbpm-integration/blob/6.5.x/kie-remote/kie-remote-services/src/main/java/org/kie/remote/services/util/FormURLGenerator.java#L26).
