Missing signal scope

      Both in BPMN2 Modeler and jbpm-designer:

      1. Create new simple process
        • Start Event -> Signal End Event
      2. Select the Signal End Event
      3. Open the properties panel
        • in jbpm-designer you are able to set signal scope
        • in BPMN2 Modeler you are not able to set signal scope

      In BPMN2 Modeler the Signal Scope attribute is missing. This attribute was introduced in [1] and for this reason it should be supported also in BPMN2 Modeler.
