This is a followup for community jira https://issues.jboss.org/browse/DASHBUILDE-98
Although that community jira has been resolved it seems that the issue is still present in the product (checked with BPM Suite 6.4.0 ER1 which is based on 0.5.x dashbuilder community based on [ this | http://download.devel.redhat.com/devel/candidates/BPMS/BPMS-6.4.0.ER1] - see build.cfg).

Steps to reproduce are the same as in the community jira. I run a remote debugging session with breakpoint here and the definitions are not deployed because the `dir` is null.
Compare the screenshots from debugging session with jboss-ews-2.1/tomcat7 (working fine) and jws-3.0/tomcat8 (broken).
