[GSS](6.3.z) Custom changes to pom.xml are being overwritten

      • add something to the pom.xml of your project in busines-central and save changes and close the file
      • go to Project Editor and change the project version, save changes, build.
      • open the pom.xml again - the changes you did initially, are lost already

      If you add some changes (manually) into the pom.xml of your project in business-central, these changes will be lost once you change project configuration via UI (i.e. you change project version, or you add a dependency using menu)

      desired behavior is that these changes would be left intact.
