      SHORT DESCRIPTION:
      Multiple subform with a document inside fails loosing the css style
      LONG DESCRIPTION:

          When you design a multiple subform, where the subform contains a document field, the multiple form does not work at runtime:

          - As the user tries to add a document the form loose the css style
          - The user cannot interact with form anymore
          - Unable to render embedded object: File (img_006.png) not found.


      INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL PLATFORMS:
         
          1. Backup and remove the following jar:

          $SERVER_DEPLOYMENT_DIR/business-central.war/WEB-INF/lib/jbpm-form-modeler-request-dispatcher-6.4.0.Final-redhat-6.jar

          2. Unzip the file jboss-bpms-6.3.1-RHBPMS-4162.zip and copy:

          RHBPMS-4162/jbpm-form-modeler-request-dispatcher-6.4.0.Final-redhat-6-RHBPMS4162.jar

          to:

          $SERVER_DEPLOYMENT_DIR/business-central.war/WEB-INF/lib
